Jazzy Tunes
L'orange is a producer of Hip Hop. Underground to be exact. He uses old, old jazz tunes and drops a dope ass bass line on them and has top notch underground artists spit on the track. With this album, he has collaborated with Blu. Blu is honestly only good when he hooks up with L'orange. It's almost a perfect match. Blu's silky smooth voice and his poetic lines perfectly blend with L'orange's mellow production. The result is classic. Buy their album here:The Night Took Us In Like Family (LP)

Time to Chill
There are days when you feel like wandering the streets, looking around, not really wanting to think, or do much of anything, but maybe get away from a few things. It's nice to get away. To escape it all. Find serenity in a leisurely walk. Or perhaps, you want to lay in bed all day, no opiates needed, just the feel of the sheets and a window cracked open to let in the random screams from the neighbors and wonder what kind of hell they are dragging themselves through. Then, everything gets drowned out by his voice and his guitar. It's pretty. It's somewhat depressing. It's catchy. It's Kurt Vile. You need him today. I do. Here's his video for your perfect day and get his album here if you going through a day like this:b'lieve i'm goin down... (Pre-Order Deluxe)

Shiny New Music
Every once in awhile, the night becomes magnificent. The sky is on fire. The earth is plummeting into a dark cold ice age. Everything feels perfect. Even life seems to dance in your eyes and on your heart. Pure bliss. This is what I call Chicano Batman. They are the perfect soundtrack to began this beautiful night. I'll be happy in the morning too when they greet my ears once more. Try and not to become mesmerized: Cycles of Existential Rhyme
Melodic Death Metal
Here we go again. More metal. This time it's melodic death metal. For awhile there, it was played the fuck out. And nobody was doing it correctly. And the older vets were sucking ass too. You know who you are. I was giving up all hope, until a video popped up on my youtube feed. Insomnium was their name. They destroyed me. They inspired me. They fucking left me wanting more. For the first time in a long ass time. They are definitely melodic. They are also heavy as fuck when they want to be. They sure can make anybody head bang the fuck out of themselves. Enjoy and buy here:Shadows of the Dying Sun

New Obsession
My girlfriend and I are obsessed, which doesn't happen very often. She loves pop. I love metal. Our musical tastes rarely match. Until, Highly Suspect came along. They are unbelieveably good. Rock at its purest. It's melodic, depressing, grooving, soulful, passionate, afuckingmazing. Johnny Stevens is one of the better frontman in all of rock. He's a sexy beast and a damn good lyricist. Their music is pure heaven rolled in charred glass. Buy their new masterpiece of an album here:The Boy Who Died Wolf [Explicit]

Death Reincarnated
Death, one of the greatest heavy metal bands of all time. Too bad, Chuck Schuldiner is dead. It's ironic, but that's life. However, something new is rising from the grave. They are Gruesome. They sound exactly like Death, except they make their own original songs. They resemblance is uncanny. This is the ultimate form of flattery to Death. Gruesome are just as technical. The vocals are amazing. The music is old school death metal at its finest. They are one of the best new metal bands out there. If you have not heard them, then you're a fucking idiot and Chuck deserves to eat your pathetic little brain.Get their latest album here: Dimensions of Horror

Some Jazzy type shit
Jazz and funk and soul captures the soul and squeezes every ounce of joy out of us every time it's played. Maybe this explains why people smile less often lately. This music needs to be playing all the time. No politics. No rumors. No negativity, Straight soul reaching out to your heart. Captivating even the most darkest of souls. This is what Domo Genesis' new song does to me. It will affect you like a motherfucker too. Buy it here:Genesis [Explicit]
More metal? Are u kidding me?
Cumbeast, that's their name. It's epic. It's fucked up. It's perfect. They play slam metal. It's hilarious. It's as brutal as getting fucked by a whale in the asshole. After listening, there's going to be traumatic damages to all of your orifices. Good luck!

Thrash Metal
Remember the 80s? It was full of hairspray and disease. It was also spawned some of the best metal known to man, including thrash metal. There was fucking Slayer, Metallica, Megadeth, Sodom, Kreator, and on and on. Those bands are still around today, but let's face it, they're old as fuck. They're tired and some of the tunes are good and some are just plain terrible. It's sure as shit NOT like it used to be. It's a good thing that Warbringer is around. They are carrying the thrash torch for these fuck heads. They are loud and pissed off and make some damn good thrash metal. Quite possibly, some of the best I've ever heard. Don't believe me? Check out their new song below and don't forget to pre-order their fucking new kick ass album coming out March 31st, here:Woe To The Vanquished

From the Begginning
Life has a funny way of kicking us in our teeth when we are down. During these cold, unforgiving months of winter, it's nice to know we are not alone. Music is the best way to get through this feeling. It lifts us out of the gloom. It brings sun upon the noose, burning away all of those unnatural thoughts. It's our heroes singing to us, telling us there's a better way to live. However, sometimes we get tired of the same ol voice. We have to search and search for hours on end. There's not much out there. Nothing with real substance. It's all fake and empty, but every once in awhile we come across something that moves us. I think Highly Suspect is that something. They rock. They have soul. They have the lyrics, the emotions, the talent. Listen below. Get your head out of the casket.
